Shipping instructions

A short checklist so the phone arrives inspectable. We still need to check battery health, Activation Lock, IMEI, and that the phone works.

Before you pack the phone

Remove the SIM card if it has one

Physical SIM cards are yours. eSIM can stay until we inspect the phone; we will not keep your mobile account.

Back up anything you still need

Copy photos, messages, and files you want to keep. Once the sale is complete we erase the device before it is resold.

Sign out of Apple ID / iCloud, and turn off Find My

Activation Lock has to be off for us to complete the purchase. On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Find My → Find My iPhone, then sign out of iCloud. If you cannot turn it off, tell us before you ship.

Remove the passcode if you can

We need to open the phone to check battery health, cameras, radios, and biometrics. A lock screen we cannot pass means we cannot finish inspection. If you would rather not remove it, contact us first.

Do not factory-reset or erase the phone yet

A full erase can hide battery health and make Activation Lock harder to check. Leave the phone working so we can inspect it. We erase it after you accept the final offer.

Leave extra accessories at home

We only need the phone. Original boxes, unused cables, and spare cases are optional and usually not required.

How to pack it

Wrap the phone so the screen and back glass cannot flex or crack in transit. A padded envelope is rarely enough; a small box with paper or bubble wrap on every side is better.

Do not put loose liquids, magnets, or spare batteries in the same package.

Prepaid shipping label

We create the label by hand and send it to you. When it is ready, your quote page will say “Your shipping label is ready.” and show the carrier and tracking number.

Use that label only. Tape it flat on the outside of the box, cover any old barcodes, and drop the package at the carrier listed on the label.
